-Return and Exchange Policy-
《1》If a product rips or has a significant defect, please contact us within the 7-day cooling-off period to return or exchange the product. (If the size does not fit, you can exchange the same product in different sizes; however, you are not allowed to return the product. Freight shall be paid by the buyer.)
《2》The returned product should be accompanied by the invoice and a complete set of accessories, such as the packing bag (box), tag, etc. If the product is washed or damaged, it cannot be returned. Please do not stick any adhesive tape on the dustproof prepared for the product. No return is acceptable in case of any damage to the dustproof bag. Violation of any of the aforementioned requirements will result in rejection of return.
《3》The return process will be completed within 3 working days (exclusive of the weekend or holiday). After the completion of the return process, we will inform the concerned customer.
《4》For request for return services, please contact customer service staff during business hours. You may contact customer service staff by sending a website message or in any of the following manners and attach the information of the purchase order.
《5》A product is allowed to be returned or exchanged only once. To avoid any subsequent dispute, please consider carefully before returning or exchanging the product.
Method 1 to send a website message: Click the link shown in the mail sent to you by the system, and you will see the details of your purchase order. You may leave your message in the communication box in the lower right corner of the webpage to contact the seller.
Method 2 to send a website message: Click “Contact Seller” on the upper right corner of any webpage at the official website.
