In the heart of the bustling Marais neighborhood, Isabel, aspiring chef from Barcelona begins the day with her coffee, setting the tone for the busy day ahead.

Among her favorites are the artichoke, revered for its raw beauty, and the humble pea, which holds a special place in her heart.


With a background in the History of Art, her true passion lay in a more tangible form of creation: cuisine. Prepping the dmoked eel cappellettis nestled in a delicate dashi soup, accompanied by tender green asparagus, a harmonious union of land and sea.
