peter wu is a menswear label founded in paris in 2018.

each collection is a form of storytelling — anchored in the memories held within clothing: family hand-me-downs, garments shared with lovers, pieces gifted, thrifted, lost, or rediscovered years later. these moments are retold through material, texture, color, and cut, translating the personal and intangible into a sartorial language to be shared.

peter was raised between los angeles and taipei, an upbringing that lends his work a west coast ease and an east asian island charm. he studied applied arts at brown university and womenswear design at central saint martins, then moved to paris in 2012 to work at lanvin and lemaire before founding his namesake label.
